Refunds/Cancellations

1.Registration fee:  No refund of registration fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

2.Short term Course Fee Refund:  No refund of registration fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

3.Long term Course Fee Refund

         1.Refund before start of Course:

          If any student pays the fee for any course other than short term courses and wants to withdraw/ ask for refund before the commencement of classes/course in the institute, the tuition fee will be refunded. The registration fee will not be refunded.

          2.Refund after the commencement of Courses

          a) If any student of any course other than the short term courses leaves the institute within 10 days from the date of commencement of  the class/course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, the entire tuition fee will be refunded. The registration fee and material fee will not be refunded.

           b) If any student of any course other than the short term courses, leaves the institute after 10 days from the date of commencement of the class/course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, will deduct the one month tuition fee and the balance amount will be refunded. The registration fee and material fee will not be refunded.

          c) If any student of any course other than the short term courses, leaves the institute after one month  from the date of commencement of the class/course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, and attends the class for the first five days and leave, will deduct the one month tuition fee and the balance amount will be refunded. The registration fee and material fee will not be refunded.

          d) If any student of any course other than the short term courses, leaves the institute after two  month  from the date of commencement of the class/course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, no refund shall be made at any cost whatsoever.

4. Refund amount will be paid only after two months

5. The date of commencement of the batch will be considered and not the date of joining of the student in the institution.

6. In case of duplicate payment, parent/student may kindly approach admin/ finance/accounts department for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement. Refund will be processed within 10-15 working days, respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user’s card banker] in batches for processing, which may approxixmately take 8-15 working days and depending on issuing banks policies.
